In my client’s system, it seems to have installed automatically when installing the Logitech K400 drivers. Note that this software may be preinstalled in Dell, HP or other OEM-branded computers. When you install Logitech software - e.g., Logitech Setpoint, the Logitech Download Assistant may be installed automatically.
